If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, we will refund the first unit purchased (including shipping) and you will NOT be required to return the refunded unit.  If you have purchased multiple items, the amount of the refund will be prorated on the total amount of your order.

After the first unit, you have the option to return any sealed, unused product for a full product refund (minus any shipping costs).   Returns must be received within 30 days from receipt of the product.

This Guarantee is limited to one unit per customer per product type.

Example:

If you purchased a 4-pack of one of our products for $40 with free shipping included and were not satisfied, we will refund the cost of one unit of the product for $10.   You may return the remaining 3 units of unopened product for a refund of $30.

General Returns

Shipping Issues (Missing Shipment, Damage in Transit, Wrong Item)

If you receive the wrong product, the product doesn't arrive, or the product arrives damaged, we will replace your product free of charge.  In the event tracking shows an item delivered but you did not receive the item, we ask you to wait 2 business days before we send a replacement as missing items often show up within this time.
